It is a very awful experience. Initially, the app told me 1 to 4 business days to finish the transaction, and then it changed to 2 to 5 business days. I asked to refund, and it told 10 business days to finish. Unbelievable!!! Other vendors refund in a few hours. Moreover, I asked the business registration in Australia. The customer cannot disclose the business entity information. Are you guys lawfully doing business in Australia? If you visit their website site, it looks quite suspicious.

Stupidity, it doesn't let me receive money, biometric login still require me to enter my password, and defaults you to the What country would you like to send money to today with no possible way to back out, The icon which is supposed to Open your options and allow you to choose from home dashboard or whatnot simply brings you to a support page with no relevance. Can't even link my bank account or verify my ID. I recommend just going to MoneyGram to pick up or send. Don't bother with the app

Frustration. I have had to enter details 4 times. The app is too rigid in its options. Eg I needed to change debit card option to visa, there was no option through that process, so I had to go back to the beginning and enter all details again. There is no option to access funds sent from Bank account. Visa option was $16. This is too expensive an option!!!

The worst transfer app ever, take many fees and more time to make the transfer, although they note on the website that the transfer will be done in 3 to 4 days the transfer take more than 8 days !
