The app nerfs you when you subscribe to push you to buy more coins to call girls. I got banned twice for cleaning my camera. And support never replies

I am not getting any reply. My account got suspended without any violations. I subscribed for 7 days premium tier my initial 2 days were wasted as my account was banned, after several emails I got unbanned & started using my paid subscription on 3rd day. I subscribed again to monkey plus today as my previous subscription ended, I want monkey to compensate my banned 2 days with converting my monkey plus subscription to monkey plus+ subscription.
