Awful customer service and incredibly buggy software packaged inside a really nice looking app. From a technical point of view the app is absolutely terrible. It's full of bugs, crashes all the time and the mobile payment system has never worked for me. Weekly patches create more issues than they solve. I've previously ordered something that was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days, but 12 days later, after contacting the support, I was told that there was a technical issue and the item I bought is no longer in stock. I was promised an immediate refund but it would appear that it is also not in stock and the customer service is no longer bothered to answer their email. If the technical and support staff were as good as their UX and content designers then this would be an amazing app to use. However for now, look at the products within the app but ordered them elsewhere.
