Freezes up constantly, and I often can't log in at all (update: EVERY login attempt fails with an "unexpected error," even when trying to contact support as suggested by the app); Extremely clunky and delayed when switching between menu items. Please update your app. A Dark Mode would be nice, too.

Become un usable. After typing in log in info just loads and loads, never opens. Used to be able to kill the app then log back in, and it would work, not anymore
