Game won't load and closed out on me mid-battle nothing is opening

Miss guided on transferring from the old game to this new one. I have my security code, and when the game reset I thought I had to log in to the old version to receive the transfer code the new version was asking for. In the old version, it asked for a security code, so I used it. Upon logging in, I expected to receive a "transfer code" as stated in this version. I didn't KNOW until after that the security code was the transfer code, thus transferring all my data to the still-old game.
