Works just as it should. Not the most intuitive but its functions are simple to use after you spend a little time with it. Paired with MB's Augmented Paper, it's functionality is unmatched, esp as a tool that blends traditional writing & digital together.

Have been having sync issues since oct 2019, and now it's flashing blue and orange, and I don't have the foggiest idea what to do. I have searched the entire augmented paper support site and faq and nothing that helps! There's almost non-existent support for this device, and it really breaks my heart... if the memory is full, what should I do? What should I do with the sync issues? Please help!!!

This product is a bothersome disappointment compounded by the fact that Montblanc Support has confirmed that everything is technically in order, i.e., it is actually designed to behave so! In terms of usability, productivity and reliability there is a clear dissonance between what the user wants and what is actually delivered. If you consider ditching the app together with "augmented" concept then you at least have a decent pen and pad.
