This app was fine until a recent update (1.10.1) that now requires camera and storage permissions in order to open. I do not send pictures through Compass, so I'm not giving the app permission to my camera or storage. The authors of this app should make the app work properly without these permissions. When the app is usable again I'll revise my rating. Edit: increasing my rating from 1 star to 4 following the latest update which fixed the problem.

Can't download phots, but otherwise it's great!

It's great to see pictures and reports from the school
★☆☆☆☆Stan Cristian· Jan 16, 2020
No attached files inside mail after latest update, but the attached icon is present in mailbox.
★☆☆☆☆Kevin Nguyen· Jan 14, 2025
One of the worst most outdated looking app. This app looked like it was written in HTML in the early 90s. All pictures are grouped together with the current date, but are actually older pictures once you open the folders. Also, the pics are not specific to your child, so you could get a bunch of pictures from another classroom. You won't get notifications throughout the day, but a dump of all activities two to three hours after school hours.
★★☆☆☆Mike Logan· Nov 20, 2020
Improvements needed, writing an email in this app is one of the worst experiences with an app you will ever have. After your typing passes the keyboard you will have no idea what you are typing and editing after becomes a task for a Saint
★★☆☆☆debjani e· Mar 22, 2020
It does what it is intended to do but the updates from the learning center arrive very late. Sometimes the notifications arrive after the event has passed.
★★☆☆☆A Google user· Jan 29, 2019
Get an error when trying to download pictures. It's a pretty basic app but doesn't offer a lot to a parent using it
