★★☆☆☆ App couldn't even open at all now, used to be temperamental, but now it's just impossible - just keeps showing a pop-up telling me to close and reopen to fix it, with a TS:6 error code, but never works.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the App and tried to open an account, but it keeps saying there is an error your side and to close the app and try again. Tried it a dozen times still doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ Nothing wrong with the bank or app use so far However the app remains logged in permanently even in the background unless you choose the right taps to log out manually. Perfect recipe for a phone thief to start messing with your account. Wake up Monument and put a timeout logoff on the app.
