I had one of the earliest versions of Monument a year ago, and it was hopeless. To the company's credit they swapped it out at no cost to the new version with Ethernet cable connection, and I have only just fired it up. Worked perfectly 1st time, connected to the internet, found all my thousands of photos in phone and portable hard drive, sorted them and displays a great slide show on my flat screen TV. Thanks Monument, I am delighted. Please hurry up with video support.

I enjoy this app. Issues with sharing albums and facial recognition. PC shows all the users but won't share the pictures on the PC with the mobile devices. Since update unable to edit location.(happened after last update also)

Everything seems to work fine. No crashes. Update 12/5/2019. Works better than ever. Constant software updates makes this device even better. I have saved so many memories to this device without even thinking about it. Software settings do it for you. Looking to buy one for my sister for Christmas. One of my favorite purchases ever!!! Update 4/06/22... Still going strong. They keep updating the software making it better all the time.

The device is a decent photo server and NOT a video server. I've uploaded tons of videos onto a hard drive; I'm able to see the files have been uploaded in the app. However, the app has a VERY hard time playing any videos even ones in very low resolution. Device has no capabilities to "Display on TV" for the videos. (Photos work fine.) Hence, "Diskless personal cloud server for photos and videos" is a false statement. I also chatted with technical support who confirmed the device doesn't play video

Not satisfied. When I first started using monument I loved it, it was a great way to store photos I've taken. NOW..... the app crashes and won't keep a connection. I can't upload photos or organization them into albums because of the connection issues (they are constant)
