No need to write complex sentences. Just select a color from our 16-color palette that matches your mood today, and your emotion is recorded. You can also add a short note of up to 30 characters if needed.

On the Record screen, choose today's mood from a rich palette of 16 colors. With various hues including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, and gray, you can intuitively express your emotions. After selecting a color, you can optionally add a brief note of up to 30 characters, such as "Had a great day," "Feeling a bit tired," or "Tried something new."

The History screen lets you review past records in monthly or yearly calendar format. Monthly view displays a month's worth of records as colored calendar grids, allowing you to grasp mood trends at a glance. Yearly view provides an overview of an entire year, helping you discover seasonal mood changes and long-term patterns. Swipe left or right to easily switch between months or years. Tap any date to view detailed information and notes for that day.

In the Settings screen, you can choose the app's display language between Japanese and English. When you change the language, all text throughout the app switches instantly.
