My 3-year-old son love Moonlit, such a fun way to share stories with him! 2 things I particularly love are the music that accompanies the story (great for winding down) and the fact that I get to read the story, it's not pre-recorded, so I get to interact with my son and the story. It's really great together time. Also, I lost the code for one of our stories, and they were so quick to help with a new code, so fantastic! Thank you so much Moonlit customer service!

Can't log into the app for months now. Don't waste your money.

Can't sign in. Used to be able to. I even tried resetting my password 4 times. I can sign in on the website. I also tried creating a new account. Every time I try to log in to the app it says Oops, something went wrong. Try again later.
