At first this was a really easy app to use and then recently they started stealing from me so far they have taken $1,600 without my knowledge and when I tried to recover it I have had nothing, but I run around, and they act like it's not their fault, and it was someone in their organization who took my money, and now they won't return it and act like it's my fault personally I would never use these people again so please keep an eye on what you do with this company because soon will rob you blind

Don't trust them don't waste your time, I passed 24 hours cooling-off time, and then I wanted to buy bitcoin via trust wallet and using moon pay, they restricted my account for no reason and after asking for support their lazy support after 36 hours told me they closed my account, and I can't appeal 😂 literally for no reason I just wanted to buy bitcoin and pay you money, idiots who do you think you are to waste people's time?

I paid $100 and received only 93.45 USDT. Moon Pay charged a $4.26 fee, $1.01 network fee, and used its own inflated USDT rate of $1.013. Then I needed ETH just to move the USDT, but Moon Pay wanted a $20+ minimum purchase for a tiny gas fee. Even converting some USDT to ETH required ETH first. In the end, $100 became about $91. Fees are everywhere, while the “real cost” is much higher than it first appears. This is not 21st-century technology — this is Moon Pay robbery.
