At first this was a really easy app to use and then recently they started stealing from me so far they have taken $1,600 without my knowledge and when I tried to recover it I have had nothing, but I run around, and they act like it's not their fault, and it was someone in their organization who took my money, and now they won't return it and act like it's my fault personally I would never use these people again so please keep an eye on what you do with this company because soon will rob you blind

Moon pig is pretty cool I really had no problems starting off because I was new to the whole system eventually things was taken care of him when I found out that I have to send more money see what I was making a deposit for making a transfer for moon pay what not accept my account any longer and so now here I am with all this money I put out and can't get anything done but moon pay is a very good app it's a very good technique, and I think that you can use it to do a lot of transfer

Spent months trying to set up this Moon pay mess back and forth verbal conversations with support. Nothing. Kept asking for bank information repeatedly which I provided. Nothing. Then after 4 months they did not approve my account. No one else I knew that had Moon pay experienced what I did. I provided every document they asked for and Moon pay made me wait, and then they denied me access. Terrible I'm not a millionaire no where close but Moon pay took me through the ringer for my personal finances

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I ran into the are protecting you from being scammed. Ok, thanks and let me prove I'm me. Oh no, they asked me for a selfie with my card and the website couldn't find the card. I had to use cash app to purchase the crypto. Don't know how they knew what card number they were looking for. After letting them know what happened, all I got was to do the same thing over and over again. Pretty sure this is what you get with having AI customer service.

Janky app, no way I just created the account, and it's restricted. I believe this piece of a platform is farming information because it asks for email 1st and account is automatically open. Then you enter your information and it's restricted. Need to ban them.
