Description

The calculator supports Arduino automation, calculates:
- Grain mash with saccharification of congestion by microbiological enzymes;
- Fruit, sugar and congestion of their concentrates/molasses;
- Measurement of wort: Calculation of residual Sugar content, Alcohol content and Percentage of fermentation: °Brix, °Plato, SG, %Sugar;
- Fractional distillation according to Gabriel's method;
- Selection of "Heads";
- Rate of fluid intake (flow rate);
- Temperature of the mixture of liquids;
- Calibration of the thermometer;
- Automatically corrects the correction of the atmospheric pressure coefficient at the current moment;
- Weighed enzymes depending on the given activity;
- Correction of distillate strength by temperature;
- Alcoholicity of the mixture by weight and volume;
- Current alcohol content in the cube and at the outlet of the distiller, as well as the current alcoholicity in the alemic, adjusted for atmospheric pressure;
- Mixing and diluting alcohol solutions with regard to contraction, with the possibility of calculating both volume and mass;
- Dilution of alcohol solutions with regard to contraction, adjusted for temperature;
- Determination of strength by mass and volume;
- Content of absolute alcohol (AC) in fractions;
- Sugar mash for a given number of ingredients, volume and alcoholicity, as well as a hydromodule;
- Minimal amount of fertilizing, inverting sugar and a sample of fractional sugar;
- Conducts a laboratory log of fractional distillation with the calculation of the necessary parameters and the possibility of saving the results to a file.
