Not been able to log in in 2 months... 🤔 I have updated the app a couple of times to no success. Only after I have cleared all app data it started asking for my login again instead of a blank page.

Does not recognize my password, then I'm prompted to change the password, then, I use the same password and wallop it tells me I can't use the same password that it failed to recognize upon trying to access the app.

An absolute GARBAGE app only one star as you can't go any lower, doesn't recognize your password most of the time so have to keep resetting password and even then there's a chance it will not work even of you copy and paste from notes, no way I'd use this app if it wasn't for my employer, the user interface isn't too bad and easily usable but that's no good of it won't let you log in to use it.

The worst app for payslips, please if you can, don't use it. It never lets you to log in twice with the same password, make a simple process so long, so uncomfortable. I just came to update my review to confirm, it doesn't even let me log in anymore. I decided to download all of my payslips as the app is horrible and better to have my things downloaded. I am considering to report the app to authorities, as such an important documents like payslips, not accessible.

I only just got the site today to set up my password, and it says user access restricted app not been configured. Was happy using ADP for wage slips, shows what it's going to be like from here onwards, if it's playing up on day 1 😡

JUST HORRIBLE. Why make logging in hard??? Everyone I know has issues with this awful payroll software. Just let me see my payslip dawg I can't even download it or view it in the app. The buttons to do so are unresponsive. JUST FIX IT can't be that hard
