Works alright most of the time. Biggest problem is greedy drivers refusing trips so you end up spending a lot more time waiting for a car than the app says. Edit: about a year later and that problem has gone completely. Fantastic app.

Essentially the Uber equivalent for Denmark. Very useful though my two qualms are: it takes about 30 mins for each taxi to arrive (for ASAP travel), and the map manoeuvrability could be less clunky when choosing a destination.

So far this service has been great. I only used it twice but both times were great experiences. I'm a typical American that only speaks English and the drivers have not spoken English but it's never been a problem. The drivers are friendly and the cars are clean and have been spacious for ample luggage.
