Good news! The app was fixed, and now it is working properly! Earlier there was a problem of not receiving the SMS with the code, but now it is OK. Note that this app is for drivers that want to offer a shared ride. For passengers who want to use a shared ride it can be done through the main Moovit app, one of the travel options (if available for your route) is Moovit Carpool and you can click on it to sign in for a ride. Thank you!

Removed the app, kept getting requests via messages and strangers contacting me on Facebook. When I reinstalled it - no in app option to remove myself as driver. Only after an extremely negative and rude feedback - app support removed me from driver pool on their side. So at least that worked.

Something is really stupid about fares calculation. I do rides that are 150 km, fare that I ask is 60 ILS. If a person wants to ride 100 km out of 150, it informs that I'll earn 20 ILS, due to partial ride. I think, that developers, should learn some basic math.

How can I delete my account? Created it by mistake. No option to contact
support via app.

I thought it was an app to find a ride as a passenger, and now I can't delete my profile and I get requests from passengers wanting to ride with me every day and I don't even have a car.
