Not Working / No Refund Bought a virtual number for WhatsApp. SMS never arrived and WhatsApp said the number was not a valid USA number. I cancelled immediately but no refund given. Support is useless. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

I'll have to hold on to my stars review and make this complaint very loud because it's incompetent, fraudulent, and unfair to pay for a certain service, but you don't get to make use of it, I paid for a month Usa number which I got, but I'm unable to use the number for even basic sms confirmation like What sap and other social apps... I've sent a mail, and I got a 'hold for response' email and about 24hrs less likely or more im yet to receive feedback.please, this is bad and totally unexpected.

Scam Alert ⚠️🚨 I bought a one-year subscription for a USA virtual number, but the number didn't receive OTPs from any social media platform. I emailed support, and they said they can't guarantee which sites accept their numbers. I requested a refund or replacement; they refused the refund and offered a UK number instead. They replaced it, but only with a 30-day UK plan. After more emails, they changed it to 360 days, but I paid for a full-year USA number and ended up stuck with a UK one
