I think this app is lovely. I bought a tortoise for $144, and I got charged and never received response or tortoise. I recommend to shop directly from seller not through Morph Market since not all sellers are legit. Just be careful when buying.

Don't buy from Morph Market unless you don't mind being scammed and getting zero help. I contacted their customer service, they replied saying they take things very seriously just to proceed to give zero help. I was sent a snake where the color was completely different from the ad, the seller claimed the color will maintain the way they show in the ad, charged me $1900 for a snake that is usually $300 or less. I complained with MM, and they said they could not do anything about it.

It ok app. I worry about the safety of a lot off the animal on the site. Personal purchases several animal very under weight for age. Lack of protection for buyer with shipping guideline, don't expect to get a refund for animal that is over 2 days late or FedEx employee shaking your animal box. This has happened more than one time. Overall several bad experience with morph market, and they're affiliation with FedEx and shipping animals.

BUYERS BEWARE! Morph market in principle is an excellent site, however I must question their 'Robust' Systems. Beware when bidding you are not guaranteed to be sent an email or notification upon winning the bid, which unfortunately led me to getting permanently banned from auctions because I didn't respond to the seller on time. Now both myself and partner are banned as we fall under the same IP... No message advising us of this action was sent either. I'm not able to refute it either...
