I never usually leave reviews, but I absolutely adore this app and the whole concept! I have been using it since the beginning of the year and look forward to popping the photos on the app each day and choosing them with my littles! We love receiving our monthly yellow envelopes and looking back at the photos together! I can't wait to fill my album!!! Whenever I've had in-app issues, they have been quickly resolved and with care by Mural and I couldn't be happier, highly recommend!!!

The app can be quite slow to respond. You'll click an icon and itll do the function a second or 2 after the click. Recently the app has not been able to open, it just stays on the initial "Mosaic" title screen with the spinning star over the I. It's a shame because it's a cool concept but the app is not user-friendly. With some work and refinement, it could be really good.

This app is great. It was easy to use and fun, however, I was recently logged out of my account without my knowledge, and I am now unable to log back in or create another account. Additionally, If you added a feature where you can add multiple photos & Videos it would be good as previously I had to choose the photo that I felt represented the day rather than just selecting multiple photos.

The input lag is awful. I have to keep closing the app and reopening every 3 or so photos I upload. Overwriting a photo doesn't work, have to restart. It's just so slow and horrible to use. I haven't actually ordered any photos because the app is so bad to use that I just give up. Edit: just rage-quit the process because not only is it really slow, it doesn't save settings for print options.
