The app has mostly been good to use, however, recently it has not been sending me notifications to say that my order was coming, or even that my order was delivered. So my order was sitting outside all day. I checked my settings and it says notifications enabled.

Started in January and only had 1 month of prescription. Rest of time been trying to follow processes when they have not worked. For example, I recently (about a week ago) completed my one-month review and haven't heard back at all since. I can't tell status of prescription or order, there is nothing in the app that indicates there is an issue with it. Just silence. If you are using Moshy because you thought online would be more convenient than a doctor, don't bother.

Buggy to the point its practically unusable. I get notifications saying I need to book appointments to receive my order when I've literally had the appointment that day. Use the desktop.

I have had nothing but issues using this App....error messages when doing a check-in so unable to complete therefore delaying my next script whilst I wait for my message to be read by the team. On completion of an appointment with the Dr, the App wasn't updated, so I could pay and receive my next script. This took 2 weeks to resolve with the team. Frustration all round. The Juniper App was far better to use.

Clicking on links or notifications takes you to pages that can't load ("oops" pages). Unable to manage subscriptions via the app (e.g. reschedule orders). Clicking 'Manage Subscriptions' only shows the subscriptions that I don't have.
