Motion Frame is a focused animation utility designed for digital artists, animators, and creators to import images, adjust playback timing, organize frame orders, and export seamless GIF animations directly from their mobile device.

Core Mechanics & Features:
Quick Image Import: Build your animation timeline in seconds. Create a new project and use the Add Frames button to import individual images directly from your device's local gallery.

Visual Frame Grid & Reordering: Organize your sequence perfectly. The bottom timeline displays your imported frames with clear visual numbers. Use the built-in directional arrows on each frame card to shift images left or right, or tap the 'X' to delete unwanted frames.

Precision Timing Control: Dial in the perfect motion speed. Use the interactive Frame Delay slider to adjust the exact milliseconds between transitions (e.g., 100 ms / 10 fps) to dictate the flow of your animation.

Live Playback & Looping: Test your animation before finalizing. Utilize the dedicated media controls to play, pause, or step through your sequence frame-by-frame, and activate the Loop preview toggle to watch your work cycle continuously.

Direct GIF Export: Compile your finished project instantly. Once your timing and frame order are locked in, tap the Export GIF button to render your creation into a highly compatible, shareable GIF format.

Workspace Configurations: Manage your creative environment from the settings panel. Set a customized Default Frame Delay for all new projects, toggle the Show frame numbers preference for a cleaner UI, or safely reset your workspace using the Clear All Projects tool.
