Motive Driver (ex KeepTruckin)

★★★★★ Good for the most part. Every now and then, it thinks the truck is moving when it is not. Usually, after waiting a few minutes, it will unlock, but sometimes I have to close it and restart, which can mess with the Bluetooth. Would be nice if the yard move function would automatically go to drive if the vehicle goes, say over 15 or 20 MPH. It's easy to forget to put it back On Duty. Don't know too many yards where I can go over 50 MPH, but the ELD will keep you in yard move no matter what.

★★★★★ Helps with keeping your time for your break. The 1-hour warning lets me no when it's time to start looking for a 10-hour break place.

★★☆☆☆ Our company switched from samsara to motive a couple of months ago, worst mistake ever. This app has very poor functionality, poor user interface, requires constant edits to correct duty status. Once you sign out of truck and log out of app. The following day you will find yourself logged in and over hours on duty. The gps is inaccurate for the posted speed limit is and gives driver coaching errors randomly for things that did not happen. Plus it requires a Bluetooth connection. Good luck

★★☆☆☆ I really hate that the app is overly sensitive to acceleration and breaking I'm in a semi even bobtail I'm slow how are you going to take away points for hard breaking when I don't have a hard breaking event. Then I constantly get my points taken for speeding in areas where they have incorrect speed limits set. Example 81 between Tennessee and Va the old speed limit was 55, and now it's 70 but if I do 70 for 30 miles it would kill my safety score until my company reviews it and fixes it

★★☆☆☆ This company is annoying. The sales person called so much, I blocked his number. Then began to call from another number. I listened to the sales rep. I didn't have time to read the full contract. He told me no contract. It's month to month. So I signed. Found out it's a 2 yr contract when I tried to cancel. To get in touch with them wasn't easy. I only got random calls. I canceled my card to stop payment. Now it's calls everyday wanting payments. Don't listen to sales, read contract. Beware.
