So far been a great app, brings our team members together easier and offers a positive way to insensitive. With coworkers who are quite and don't like the spotlight (like myself) the app offers a way for me to thank and give recognition in an optional private way, which I am more comfortable with now and can recognize and give acknowledgement that's deserved, plus it feels nice being able to say thanks with a few bucks to my coworkers, (who doesn't like a few extra dollars).

I can't give motility using the mobile app. It will just load forever whenever I try to, and I have to use the web version in order to give points to someone.

Love the thought behind this app, but I can NEVER type out anything. I've restarted my phone, deleted the app and then re-downloaded, and still I'm unable. Please fix your app.

Bad AI customer service. My redemption code was sent to the wrong email, and they refuse to refund it. They blamed me and their 3rd party provider. Just a waste of time and not good
