The main recognition function is great. The "Lead" function leaves something to be desired is consistent formatting, simplicity, and minimal click through a to get where you want to go.

So far been a great app, brings our team members together easier and offers a positive way to insensitive. With coworkers who are quite and don't like the spotlight (like myself) the app offers a way for me to thank and give recognition in an optional private way, which I am more comfortable with now and can recognize and give acknowledgement that's deserved, plus it feels nice being able to say thanks with a few bucks to my coworkers, (who doesn't like a few extra dollars).

Your app is horrible. It has so many glitches. When giving awards, you can't type a whole paragraph without it freezing. The section that you try to find people freezes all the time. I can go on and on about it freezing when I try to use it. Yes I cleared cache, emptied storage, uninstalled and installed and still have problems.

This app is not an app it has you log in to the browser and if you company does not allow logging in on other devices it will NOT LET YOU IN!!!! I have switched phones and did not have any issues logging in till my new phone and now I have to be working and on my work computer to give anyone an appreciation. That to me is just stupid.
