Brilliant design! 👏 I lost one earbud, so naturally I wanted to use the Find My Earbud feature. But first, the app insists on a firmware update that requires both earbuds to be in the case. Since one is missing, I can't update. Since I can't update, I can't ring the missing earbud. An absolutely flawless

This brand is bastard. Kindly advertise your product is compatible for your brand only.... will never suggest anyone in my life to buy any product from the Motorola brand. My first time purchased earbud knowing some features are working in its own product ecosystem only. Shame on you for trying to act like an apple brand. Never Ever will buy a Motorola product again.
