Auto connection with mobile needs a specific configuration. Just picking up the buds and putting in the ear with mobile Bluetooth in ON state does not result in connection (and sound transfer to buds) in most of the instances. I am yet to make out this exact underlying configuration set in the buds.

Brilliant design! 👏 I lost one earbud, so naturally I wanted to use the Find My Earbud feature. But first, the app insists on a firmware update that requires both earbuds to be in the case. Since one is missing, I can't update. Since I can't update, I can't ring the missing earbud. An absolutely flawless

Dear Motorola Team, I am a loyal Motorola user and currently using the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. I have bought several Motorola phones in the past as well. Trusting your brand, I purchased the premium Moto Buds 2 Plus so that I wouldn't have to hold my phone to my ear constantly during long calls. However, my experience has been very disappointing. The main reason I bought these expensive earbuds was for calling, but the person on the other side cannot hear my voice clearly at all. This issue happen

Too much lack of features I can't even choose different gestures on each buds like on long press I want to choose anc modes on one and assistant on other, no shortcut for gaming mode, no swipe gestures

Won't work unless the new update is installed, but when it prompts you to allow permissions, there are no permissions to allow. Poor design.
