I've always loved the Motorola Camera app on my Moto Edge 50 Fusion, so I'm giving it 5 stars. However, there's a critical bug: the app opens the front camera by default, and tapping the switch camera button crashes it. Device Help also swaps the front/back camera tests. The rear camera works perfectly in WhatsApp, Instagram, and Open Camera, so this appears to be a software issue. Please treat this as a high-priority issue and fix it as soon as possible.

Hello friends, I am currently using the Motorola Edge 60 Pro, which I purchased a year ago. Honestly, I feel the camera is excellent—the camera app and its interface are both great—so I would give it a five-star rating. I particularly like the portrait feature, especially the way the lenses shift; the background blur is impressive. I have purchased a new moto g57 power on July 5th 2026 from day 1 WhatsApp front camera is not working and video call disconnect immediately. Front camera is not working and randomly after selecting front camera option screen freeze and app crashes

Edge 60 Pro - Great hardware, needs software camera update ★★ Hardware is good but camera software is disappointing. Both rear and selfie cameras look blurry and lack detail. Video is limited to 4K 30fps, and it doesn’t handle motion well. Please add 4K 60fps option for sharper, smoother videos. Also, the app doesn’t save settings. Every time I open camera it resets to Standard quality instead of my last selection. The phone is only 2 months old and hardware has potential. Hope the team Sol

So much problem coming from the time of purchasing Motorola signature phone, not opening camera now, not solving issue
