Insanely long waiting times! Nearly a month for a helmet order! Contacted customer service which took a week to reply! Said they are having a 2-day delay in receiving the helmet but will put me on high priority to send out quick! They then received the helmet in warehouse 4 days ago says ready to send, but it hasn't left the warehouse yet! Jesus Christ what a joke of a company!

No matter what menu I click, it just takes me back to the main menu. Gonna stick to using the website. I don't feel comfortable entering payment info in a faulty app

Disappointing and frustrating load times, I can believe the app reloads the profile every time you enter, opening any panel takes forever, going back takes forever, seeing the orders takes forever, the app does not deliver a better experience than web (And it feels just like a bad browser skin)

Should be 0 stars. I bought a Cardo Backtalk PRO which stopped powering on after a few months of light use in ideal conditions. They refused to honor their warranty and told me to go solve the issue myself with the manufacturer. This is illegal. Basically a scam site. If you want to get ripped off, use this scam site / app. Otherwise, spend your money with a legal and reputable shop that actually honors their warranty.

Have to select the store all the time. I want prices in € and it shows £. Some links don't work. Please go and look at the app from decathlon, maybe you can learn something.
