This is the best workout app I have ever used! I've used apps by another celebrity fitness trainer as well as a free workout app, but the MOVE app is the only one that keeps me accountable, motivates me, and has so much bonus material to help me out. Katie is so positive & encouraging without being too much, and the customer service team was so helpful whenever I've had questions. Plus, the range of workouts is perfect for someone like me who tends to get bored with the same thing day after day.

Support is really fast and helpful. Whenever the app has bugs (it's normal for all apps to have bugs!), Support is really responsive. Otherwise, I can't express how much I love this app and LSF. It's my kind of workout (resistance and move-based, not all videos) which gives me more incentive to work out since it's at my own pace. LOVE the form tips for each move too. The videos are great! I especially love the barre ones. Subscription is really affordable too which I love.

This app is a joke you can't cancel it, I give it zero stars. DON'T SIGN UP FOR IT. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CANCEL MY CARD BECAUSE THEY WON'T HELP ME.

The app has technical issues and lsf does not offer refunds so be mindful before you purchase!

Edit: 11/15/23 used to love this app but now I can't download it, and I keep seeing so many complaints from others. It can't just be certain phones models that are having issues. Love this app! It has really helped me meet my fitness goals. Katie is so uplifting, fun, and such an inspiration! Great place for beginners to start and a great place for advanced workouts too! It's got so much to offer!!! The app never crashes either!!! I use it Every day! Highly recommend her Booty Bands too!

Have tried to load this app for over a week. At one point have to enter your date of birth. Every time I try to enter it the app closes. I have emailed support twice and no one has answered. Really wanted to try it but way to frustrated now. Guess I'll cancel the subscription to the supplements too. Disappointing.only 1 star because you have to rate it.
