This is a bit different from the other Andrew Johnson apps I've tried, and I liked it! The first time I completely passed out and slept for half an hour afterward, exactly what I needed. The second time I stayed awake and listened to the whole thing - a beautiful visualization of a river to help you step out of your stuck place with self compassion. I feel calmer and more optimistic, as well as deeply relaxed. Thank you again Andrew for another great relaxation app.

Helped My Depression This app helped me get over past issues that pulled me deep into depression & thoughts of suicide. I didn't want to be medicated, so I turned to self-help apps and books. It was tough but I pulled through. This app helped rid myself of negative thoughts and to accept the past because it can not be changed. I no longer suffer from depression. I have most of Andrew's apps and can honestly say I love them all because they have helped. Thanks, Andrew!

Not as good This is my 3rd AJ app and this one doesn't do it for me. The endless, rambling river spirit concept is far too abstract. More irritating than calming.

Terrible! Unlike his other apps this one is just story telling. What a waste of.money. And whoever designed the UI needs to fix it ASAP

I haven't had luck with any hypnotherapy programs, so the low score is because of a fault in the app itself. Every time I change the volume in the app, it turns the muted sound on. I turn the sound back to off, and if I adjust the media volume, sure enough it turns the sound back on. Very annoying. I've contacted the developer, but haven't received a response. (I just tested another AJ app, and it behaved properly.)
