I almost didn't write this because I hate leaving reviews, but I had to. I'm 6 weeks in and my sister asked if I've been doing something different. That NEVER happens. All I've been doing is walking on my lunch break and after dinner. That's it. The app just reminds me, and I like seeing the other women posting their walks. Makes me feel less alone in this whole thing. Not sure why this is working when nothing else did, but I'm not questioning it. From Karen

Has anyone figured out how to cancel? Doesn't count step correctly, I tried to ask for help, no response, trying to cancel, but it only fails. Don't do it.

This is a scam. I was charged $50 for my "free" trial with 3 separate charges pushed through at the same time. I have been trying for 2 days to cancel my "subscription" with no luck. Now I get to argue the charges with my bank. Thanks for nothing! Also, no matter what I put in for my weight or goal weight, it defaults to 68 lbs. How is that a healthy weight for an adult?? SCAM. Save yourself the hassle. UPDATE: I was also charged $20 for a fitness tracker I never received! SCAM!!!!

This is the worst app ive ever had... I decided to try it just for a week, I paid the $7 or whatever it was and decided I didn't like it. I canceled my subscription and went on with my life... then I got charged for renewing the subscription when I had already canceled it... I emailed and tried to get my money back the subscription canceled... no response... then I got charged again for a subscription and emailed YET AGAIN! Still no response... im ready to just cancel my whole card.
