doesn't work anymore on Galaxy S series using 2.3 when I upgraded to the official samsung galaxy SL gingerbread 2.3.5, the 'move to SD card' has been changed with 'move to USB Storage' in the Application/Manage Applications. I think the USB Storage is the internal SD card.Even after rooting my SGS and setting this app to install apps to 'External SD card', SGS doesn't do so. Even the apps2sd doesnt move the apps to the external sd. It can only move apps from the phone's memory to the USB storage (which is the internal SD card). Im not sure if this is ONLY true to the Galaxy phones running gingerbread. Maybe it is device specific but Im pretty sure that I could move apps to the external SD card when my SGS was still in froyo. I've searched the net for any solution but I guess there isn't yet...but I noticed that a lot already have noticed this problem in their galaxy phones.
