OTP is not received on mobile sometimes as a message. Through app, as a notification it is displayed and gone when the notification is closed. It would be nice if the OTP is displayed on the trip tracking page.

1. There is no shortcut/widget for QR scanning. It will be very useful as we normally have to scan while onboarding or while bus is running which demands quick scanning and easy accessibility is the key. 2. While Booking bus after route selection -> bus selection from the list -> request seat page. But if I want to try another bus and tap on back button am not navigated to immediate previous page but to route selection that too with cleared route inputs too many repetitive tasks again. After updating to v12.6, I am facing frequent logout issues. My account gets logged out multiple times a day, making it hard to track the cabs. Please look into this and fix this bug asap !!

App has very poor logic of setting zoom level and automatically reset it every 30 seconds. When user is waiting for cab at source why you want to keep the destination also in the view? Which makes impossible to see how far the cab is. suggestion to keep one point at a time in focus while boarding pickup point and vehicle and once you start the trip vehicle and destination. Also when user zooms in respect his zooming don't reset automatically optionally you can give reset button to reset.
