Every time I try to make a video template it always takes me to the tutorial again and when I'm done making it and when I go to my gallery it says unsupported media

It's not worthy of single stars the main video editing point is transitions, vid effects & sound effects. When I try to change the sound of music, every single sound fx is totally damage, like every sound effects is set up as lo-fi, it seems like 0.75 time slower, trust me every sound effects is set up as a lo-fi version, then visual fx & transition are too much poor, I request to app developer's, guys please solve these three problems otherwise it'll get worse day by day. Hope you'll see that.
