I find this app really useful. One thing you could improve is, when suggesting movies, add something like 'More' button to the end of the recommended movies, as the list of recommendations isn't that long.

Good initiative. Consider adding a scrolling wall of trailers for quickly browsing movies. Movie should open in Netflix / apple when I click the icon, like google tv. Do you have a website for a desktop version?
