MP Locker is an official digital document wallet initiative of the Urban Administration and Development Department (UADD), Government of Madhya Pradesh.
The application is designed to provide citizens with a secure, reliable, and convenient platform to access, store, and verify their government-issued certificates, licenses, and documents.
The platform enables citizens to fetch and manage documents issued by multiple government departments through secure, automated integrations.
MP Locker eliminates the need to carry physical copies of certificates by allowing users to store digitally verified documents in one centralized location.
Key features of MP Locker include: • Secure access to government-issued documents. • Automated document fetching through authorized department systems and Digi Locker. • QR code and hash-based document verification. • Consent-based data sharing for document access. • Aadhaar-based e-Sign support for eligible documents. • Multi-language support for better accessibility. • Activity logs and audit trails for transparency. • Secure document sharing with time-bound access control.
MP Locker follows government-prescribed security standards, ensuring data encryption at rest and in transit.
User privacy is strictly protected through consent-driven access and compliance with applicable IT, security, and data protection guidelines.

The marriage certificate format is very poor photo and details are not visible when you open in mp locker app. Same issue with BitLocker was well. Mp government app developer is are seems unskilled

Not able to Log in from MP Locker. AS such not able to make payment for Property Tax. It is suggested to see that On-Line Payment System of Pune MC. With a click within 5 minutes, it is possible to make payment.
