Reasons for receiving lower star ratings. The app feels very laggy and needs optimization. I’d be happy to help improve performance, reduce app size, and enhance the overall user experience. This app is not getting me in by using otp... Even it's not showing any message why I can't get in... You need to work on its otp authentication. Also work on your desktop website that also not let me log in using any mail ID or otp, it gets redirected to same page again and again. It is not at all helpful.
