Reasons for receiving lower star ratings. The app feels very laggy and needs optimization. I’d be happy to help improve performance, reduce app size, and enhance the overall user experience. While registering for e-fir, we are facing issue after selecting all the answers, it shows select anyone, please make a correction or improvement and the other is while registering for citizenship portal, it shows pop up
