★★★★★ As of 12/10/2021 the app works as intended and thank God! The snow emergency rules are so confusing because it assumes you know the day 1 emergency streets. This app is a Godsend, you need this app. Only complaint is by default the map should start zoomed in on your location. Also, maybe a feature to highlight nearest green streets. Otherwise great and simple app, it does what it needs to do.

★★☆☆☆ I've used this in the past to help ensure I park on the proper side of the road and don't get my car towed. But when I upgraded the app nothing shows up, just a white screen with only two options in the corner when you click on it to close or quite the app. It absolutely does nothing!! I hope to creators of this app for the city of Minneapolis reads all these reviews, and finds a solution to fix their broken app. Until then, I'm uninstalling this useless application.
