I tried filling my return using it but when it came to getting a reimbursement for tax I had contributed in excess, the app showed "0". Is MRA using this to keep some taxpayers money away from honest taxpayers?

Stealing pll ya 😣😣😣😣 it freez when ive to do the payment and showing lots of error 😤😤😤😤.... last but not the least.... they never explained to us how to use it ... they are sending me letters for me to pay tax but I have only one employee.... ive send the director general a letter of explanation of the problem and i recieV another letter of payment OF WHAT IT IS "PENALTY OF NOT PAYING TAX". O really forgot when I went at mra' office they made me go to various sector.... after waiting for my number of waiting there .... I wad send to another sector.... my day ends at mra office... wawted my time..... n nw this new app showing lots of problem.... It's really not greasy 😅😅😅😅.... the real name is causing problem and torturing pll with consecutive stress😡😡😡😡.... how can pll be calm with this weak system
