★★☆☆☆ Tried to transfer data to new phone, no way of doing so without paying for a subscription. Which I paid but apparently could still not do so without paying for a more premium subscription. Ridiculous.

★★☆☆☆ I have used secure since 2011 and never had any issues. Unfortunately, I had delayed upgrading from Vers 4 to 5. Now that 6 is here, my secure 4 apps is not working. I have not been able to move my stored passwords to the newer platform. There doesn't appear to be a protocol to go from Vers 4 directly to Vers 6. I haven't decided on which password saver app to use as it is apparent I will need to manually enter all the data fresh whether into secure 6 or a competitor.

★★☆☆☆ I've been using secure for many years without any problems until I recently upgraded to a new phone. Something in the process of setting up my new phone and resetting my old phone for recycling purposes resulted in my password being changed without my knowledge. Now ALL of my data has been permanently lost without any method available for retrieval. Needless to say, after being a satisfied user for MANY years, I've completely lost trust in using this app.
