I sent my cargo in sept and until now I have not receive. Been messaging and said I have to call thier toll-free number which doesn't help at all. I sent it so when I come home for Christmas I will receive same time. However its almost new year a d still haven't heard anything from them despite following up everyday

Your service is too slow! Almost 3 months still my package wasn't there.!also the tracker it's none sense. I'm so disappointed

Very unprofessional. I sent my package last September 27, 2025, and until now, January 14, 2026, still my package has not arrived in its destination. I follow up from them every single day and no clear delivery date was given to me. One time I follow up with them, and they said that there were no one in the house. But during that time, I was talking with the receiver of the package. They said no one was calling them or coming to the house. Very poor costumer service. If zero star is possible it's 0
