A differenza di altre pizzerie, con noi potrai gustare una deliziosa pizza romana preparata a regola d'arte, calda e croccante a casa tua, all'orario stabilito.
La nostra avventura inizia nel 2013 a Talenti, dopo essermi formato con il campione del mondo di pizza in teglia, Claudio Menon.
Tra mille peripezie e centinaia di prove, mano a mano il mio lavoro viene riconosciuto anche da TeglieRomane - la guida sulle migliore pizze in teglia romane, titolo che all'epoca potevano vantare solamente altre 46 pizzerie in tutta Roma.
Nel tempo mi resi conto che a Roma mancava qualcosa.
Mancava un servizio di pizza romana a domicilio veramente professionale.
Solitamente infatti le attese sono lunghe e imprevedibili, la pizza quando arriva è tiepida nel migliore dei casi, nel peggiore arriva "molla" nel cartone...
...così ho creato un impasto che tenesse la cottura in consegna e ho organizzato il lavoro dei fattorini e della pizzeria per ridurre al minimo possibile i ritardi.
Nel caso in cui facciamo ritardo, perché può capitare, non facciamo come gli altri che se ne fregano, ma ci facciamo carico del disagio provocato al cliente con un coupon sconto di scuse.
Se ami la pizza romana, quella bassa e scrocchiarella, e sei stanco di aspettare decine di minuti il fattorino per poi essere costretto a mangiare una pizza molla e tiepida, allora MT PIZZA è ciò che fa al caso tuo.
