MTap

MTap turns every handshake into a lead your team can follow up.

Your sales team carries MTap NFC business cards. A customer taps the card or scans its QR code, sees the salesperson's profile, and says hi through Telegram, Messenger, phone or by leaving their contact. Every contact lands in one pipeline, together with leads from your Telegram bot, Facebook Page and website forms.

With the MTap app, sales staff can:
- See their leads and get a notification the moment a new one arrives
- Move leads through the pipeline: new, contacted, qualified, won or lost
- Call or message a customer in one tap, and add notes and follow-up reminders
- Show their own QR code when they don't have the card at hand
- Arrange their own profile page from the company's components
- Follow their numbers: leads, wins and card taps

Managers assign new leads to their team and follow each person's results. Admins encode new NFC cards right from the phone and give them to staff.

MTap works in Khmer and English. Your company's MTap account is set up by its admin; staff sign in with the account they are invited to.
