I love this app & use it daily, several times a day! It makes paying bills & transferring $ so easy! After I get paid I like to transfer my funds to savings & then transfer to chkg as needed, so it get used A LOT!! It transfers instantly & doesn't cost anything to do it! Allowing me to do this protects my $ if anything fraudulent is taken out or tried to take out bc all my $ is in savings & the purchase would be declined. This app is a must-have!

The app seems like it was made by a 15 y/o I can't access all of my information, "Contact us" is only an automated 800 number that is never helpful. And contacting the branch between their business hours of 9 and 4? Is a joke!!! Now with that being said if you ever can get ahold of them or my branch at least they employees are EXTREMELY kind and BEYOND helpful!! So. 1/10 for the app. 3/10 phone services. And 10/10 for employees.

MTC has been a rather disappointing experience. I went through them for a small auto loan, and it took almost 70 days for them to finally get my registration and tags to the DMV. If you use them for auto loans do NOT let them "handle it".
