This app worked a treat to lock the eSim that I'm currently using for traveling abroad onto LTE only mode. The network kept flip-flopping between 3g and 4g, but it spent most of its time on 3g and was unusable. I'm using an S23 and used method 3, selected my eSim (phone 1) from the option and managed to change it to LTE only and now my phone is finally usable!
