I'm over 50 and looking for a workout program that isn't annoying. Mtntough is that program. No bad music, or annoying coaches that seem fake. The workouts are for every level of person's fitness. It works great casting to my TV also. I love my PP50 plus program getting ready for hunting season.

Mtn tough has been a great addition to my exercise regimen. They have something for everyone and for all fitness levels. The price for a membership is a premium price but the features are premium with content updated weekly and new things coming to the app frequently. My wife and I love the body weight and minimal gear programs. 10/10 would definitely recommend! If you're looking to make a change invest in yourself with MTN Tough!

I think the workouts they offer are more than adequate. At the very least they are recommending workouts that you don't see often and that does keep it interesting... but the app is useless. App offers no way to track your progress/workout in app. Videos show movements, then you are expected to download a PDF to see the workout. The workout PDF references a warm-up that on a separate PDF that needs to be downloaded. This all makes it very difficult to follow along with a workout at the moment.

Decent content but KB workouts are just interval workouts w/ a kettle bell sometimes. No step-by-step KB training. Min gear isn't so minimal. A lot of gear is needed. No gear is just standard calisthenics. Crossfit at home. Update: Cancel if you don't want it right away. They have a no refund policy. No notice that a charge is going to be made until AFTER they've already charged you. Also, the app is unreliable and it crashes. When you return to the workout, the video scrubber won't work.
