I have really enjoyed the MTNTOUGH Fitness app, and its flexibility of being able to do coached workouts from home or anywhere. After doing the Body weight On-Ramp, Minimal Gear On-Ramp, and Minimal Gear Foundation 2.0 programs so far, I have already noticed significant improvements on my hikes as I get ready for the upcoming hunting and ski seasons. I can't wait to see where I go with the programs in the future!

Decent content but KB workouts are just interval workouts w/ a kettle bell sometimes. No step-by-step KB training. Min gear isn't so minimal. A lot of gear is needed. No gear is just standard calisthenics. Crossfit at home. Update: Cancel if you don't want it right away. They have a no refund policy. No notice that a charge is going to be made until AFTER they've already charged you. Also, the app is unreliable and it crashes. When you return to the workout, the video scrubber won't work.

I think the workouts they offer are more than adequate. At the very least they are recommending workouts that you don't see often and that does keep it interesting... but the app is useless. App offers no way to track your progress/workout in app. Videos show movements, then you are expected to download a PDF to see the workout. The workout PDF references a warm-up that on a separate PDF that needs to be downloaded. This all makes it very difficult to follow along with a workout at the moment.
