I'm not sure why other people are having issues with this app. I have had zero issues, and I am on a Samsung Galaxy phone. It installed no problem, linked up to my watch no problem and continues to be fine. I think a lot of people don't give the correct permissions which the app instructs you to do which would be why it doesn't work. Overall I am really happy with it

The watch is easy to find on the app working perfectly very, very good I downloaded the app and register the watch I did not see any difficulty off download the app is very easy and good working I don't know why other people having difficulty off getting the app

I have been trying to download this app on an android phone. There is no link to click AGREE after reading the agreement. I have a fitness tracker that can't work until logged in

Absolutely rubbish piece of kit. The app and tracker don't pair together, therefore it's useless. Waste of time and money.
