Nothing against Mueller but it said that it was a fake app

App has some room for improvement. Told me to take photos landscape. Won't load. Had to take portrait then they loaded. Said something about rear liability item and trampoline. I don't have a trampoline. It would be easier to just upload a YouTube video of me walking around the house.

Constantly crashes. Photos must be taken in landscape, then phone rotated to portrait to OK the photo, or it won't save. Took all 51 photos which took over and hour and then the app crashes continually on attempts to do the home scan. Tech support had no fixes. Multiple employees laughed it off as "oh yeah the app is spotty" or "the app has some issues" which means they know it sucks. But hey, they're wasting your time, not theirs, so why fix it? We will be switching home insurance companies now.

The app does not work. I am not able to download the photos that I took. The app won't allow me to download the photos. My system says that the app is installed, but I can't make it work. Dorothy Maier
