Prev issues with app not loading on new phone (Pixel 8 Pro). No issues on my previous phone (Pixel 7). Contacted MB directly 9 Dec 2023 & received a prompt response from Lukasz advising their IT team had it in hand, but no ETA. Lukasz sent me an update today 20/12/2023, 'our IT Team released a new update for Muffin Break App (Version: 7.8) it has implemented crashing monitor which will allow us to determine what causes the issues.' I have reinstalled & the app now works! Thx Lukasz 5*service

I love this coffee shop they are always completely kind and happy. At the moment I can't use this café because of the lockdown that's been imposed. But I think the cappuccino with whole milk is the best coffee in Nottingham. Best of luck when this pandemic is over and I very much so look forward to having a cuppa and walking out with a smile on my face. Muffin Break Nottingham Victoria Center is the store I use. Keep the coffee great and lower the prices. ♡♡♡

Won't let me register. Keep getting a message saying there's a problem with my internet connection. But there isn't. I've had a card for years and the barcode has worn out and won't scan.

Cannot register ... problem with the Internet connection. Come on tech guys fix your app ... test it yourselves and see that it does not work for us new muffin break customers.
