Have tried to use app twice on different occasions, and it did not work. The first time used the order ahead, when I got to Mugg and Bean, I found out order was cancelled on app, citing that mugg & bean was out of an ingredient. Upon inquiry, the restaurant was able to fulfill the order no problem. Today, I tried to redeem voucher for free coffee and pay from app. After multiple attempts, I ended up paying via speed point for my order. Does the app not allow debit cards ?

20:30, place order, chips and strips for kids burnt. So cancel entire order and run to steers for kids meals. Sad account and response from management, he hasn't yet told me wat happened to. The kids meals and order.

I have enjoyed using the app until last month when I tried subscriptions. I purchased two subscriptions, but my app never allowed me to redeem any of the coffees. I've called M&B, sent emails, and looked for help through the help button In the app. I have received the same email 4 times explaining when I purchased the subscriptions, when they expire, and a link to a video showing how to redeem the coffees. No help with my complaint that MY APP WON'T LET ME REDEEM THE COFFEES.
