Protect your belongings while you’re in the water or on the go. MugiAlert turns any Android device into a motion‑sensitive alarm that scares off thieves the moment they move your belongings.
HOW IT WORKS Place your phone in the bag you want to guard.
Tap “Activate alarm” → a 20 s countdown starts; lock the screen and walk away.
When the timer ends, the app records the bag’s current angle.
Any movement ≥ 10° from that angle triggers a piercing looped alarm at maximum volume
Tap “Deactivate alarm” (or enter the app and disarm) to stop the sound.
KEY FEATURES Smart orientation baseline – alarm arms only after the countdown ends.
Works in the background – on Android 7.0 + with a single battery‑saving permission.
Quick battery‑setup wizard – guides you to disable aggressive optimisation on Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo/Realme and stock Android.
Clear status icons – green ✔️ shows background is unrestricted; red ❌ reminds you to tweak settings.
Multi‑language – Basque, Spanish, English, French and Catalan; switch instantly from the top bar.
Lightweight – no accounts, no cloud, no personal data.
Respectful ads – one small banner (MREC) under the battery hint; it never blocks the alarm button.
PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED Permission Why it’s needed POST_NOTIFICATIONS show foreground‑service and alarm notifications. IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS keep the sensor service alive in the background. BLUETOOTH (optional) only if you route audio to a Bluetooth speaker.
MugiAlert stores no personal information. The Google Advertising ID is used exclusively to display AdMob ads.
