Unable to acess when using Blue stacks I wish to access this app using Windows PC instead, hence I had installed Blue stacks. Unfortunately app is not responding. Any workaround method if using with Windows platform?

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Why do I need to grant access to my camera, mic and music and audio to access portfolio and other functions? Latest versions messaging tab doesn't work, and the feed is forever buggy, not showing all contents every time and contents also get slotted in randomly very often.

Pictures view is too low, school letters not easy readable and not downloadable, only one account per child, but parents are two, child personal activities (food, nap etc.) are not recorded
